Step 3.  You and RBD Broker/Agent search for properties matching your criteria using MLS & RealtyBrokerDirect.com

Step 4.  You select the properties you wish to inspect, your Broker/Agent coordinates a tour of the properties.   

Step 5.  You choose the property that is right for you, your RBD Broker/Agent prepares a market analysis of the property to provide pricing guidance for your offer.

Step 6.  With the assistance of your RBD Broker/Agent you make a written offer for the property selected.

Step 7.  Once an offer is accepted your RBD Broker/Agent will guide you through the completion of any contingencies.

Step 8.  You attend the scheduled settlement where your monies/mortgage are exchanged for the property.  You are given the keys to your new home. 

Step 9.  You give your RBD Broker/Agent a big hug because you are so happy to now own your dream home.
